Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items must be in resalable

condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

• Opened or used lip glosses

• Used makeup tools (brushes, blenders, etc.)

• Products without original packaging

• Sale or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued as store credit or exchange only. We do not provide cash refunds.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
