BOOKING POLICIES

OUR OPERATING HOURS:

09:00 am – 18:00 pm:

Tuesdays – Saturdays

Sundays & Mondays – CLOSED (Exceptions based on the availability of the artist)

EARLY CALL TIME FEE:

• An additional R850.00 fee applies to any service starting before 9:00 AM.

OVERTIME & DAY OFF FEE:

• An additional R500.00 applies to any deposits outside our operating hours.

• Bookings on Sundays and Mondays (our closed days) will also incur a R500.00 fee.

BOOKINGS: To secure a date, a 70% deposit is due. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be advised dates and scheduled booking times will only be reserved when the deposit is received.

LATE ARRIVAL:

• A R750.00 late fee will be charged if you arrive more than 20 minutes late. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early.

• If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled without a refund or reschedule out of respect for other bookings. To book a new appointment, a fresh deposit will be required.

RESCHEDULING:

• Appointments can only be rescheduled once and must be done at least 48 hours before the original appointment time.

• Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in loss of your deposit and automatic cancellation.

• This policy also applies to no-shows and same-day cancellations.

• Any rescheduled booking not used within 3 months will be automatically cancelled.

CANCELLATION:

• All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment will require a 100% payment for the service

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will require full (100%) payment for the service.
